Social Media Manager / Property Manager
A part-time role for a Denver-based luxury short-term rental company. The social media side involves researching, developing and implementing campaigns to grow our following. The property management side involves overseeing daily business practices on the weekend.

Duties and responsibilities
- Create social media content
- Write short-form posts, blog articles, and other content
- Social media management
- Assist in creating and implementing a monthly content schedule
- Participate in evaluating and implementing paid social ads
- Schedule posts across all social accounts
- Create monthly analytics reports to track results
- Help evaluate and develop social media policies
- Research marketing trends and best ways to promote the brand
- Contribute ideas for new projects
- Proficient in property checks
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills and good negotiation tactics
- Experience with marketing tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics
- Proficient with social networks and ad platforms
- Proactive and independent, able to take initiative
- Learns quickly and adapts to shifting priorities
- Excellent time management and a record of meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Google Drive or similar
- Understands our audience and how to reach them
